My Corneal Disorders: Dry Eye Syndrome
How have your vision issues affected your life?: My eyesight varies because of the dry eye syndrome. I'm overseas now but want to try the scleral contacts to see if they will improve my vision.
How have you learned to adapt to your vision issues?: I use Restasis for my dry eye syndrome
What's been the hardest part of dealing with your vision issues?: Changing quality of my vision
What was your first reaction to your vision issues?: Get my eyes checked by a doctor
What's the #1 thing docs should know about people with your vision issue?: I think eye doctors are aware of problems like I have caused by radial keratotomy and lasik. I live an active lifestyle and chose to have these procedures and hope my dry eyes will not affect my quality of life. I hope the scleral contacts will give me better vision.
What is your hometown?: I am a military brat and as an adult, am still travelling
