| The most satisfying aspect of your work?: | Facing the challenges of post surgical contact lens fitting- and getting it right!!! I am lucky in our practice to have the support of an excellent contact lens techniciaan, and a wonderful ophthalmologist who does not like to fit contacts!! |
| What are your future goals in your profession?: | I would like to continue to grow in knowledge and experience in specialty RGP fitting as the technology continues to get better and better. I also would love to travel to Australia/New Zealand and meet all the awesome doctors that work with keratoconus and that have provided us with great research in the field!!!! |

| How have your vision issues affected your life?: | Luckily I have been blessed with excellent vision all my life- and will be in denial until it becomes a real necessity to do anything about the rapidly approaching presbyopia!! I grew up with hard/RGP lenses, my family owned and operated a busy RGP manufacturing lab for many years, making me very comfortable with fitting and prescribing them in my career. |
